Shipping Policy
At Hana’s Bijou, we aim to make every moment special—from the time you place your order to the moment your jewelry arrives.
Processing Time: Each piece is carefully inspected before shipping. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed.
• Shipping Options:
Standard Shipping: Free on all orders within the U.S. (3-5 business days).
Expedited Shipping: $24.99 flat rate (1-2 business days).
Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please note that tracking updates may take a few hours to reflect on the carrier’s website.
Note: At this time, we ship only within the U.S. and cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to absolutely love your Hana’s Bijou piece. If it’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
• Eligibility:
Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery for a full refund.
• Exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and include all packaging.
Due to their unique and personalized nature, custom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Return Process:
Contact us at support@hanasbijou.com with your order number to initiate a return or exchange.
For returns, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label. For exchanges, the cost of shipping the replacement item is on us.
• Shipping Costs for Returns:
If an item is returned for reasons other than defects or incorrect items, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds: Once we receive your item, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges: Exchanged items will be shipped once the original item is received and inspected.
